HYDROGEOLOGIST.

MISSION Geoscience, Inc. of Irvine, CA is a small high-end consulting firm providing expertise in all areas of the environmental and geotechnical sciences. MISSION is frequently called upon to provide forensic geotechnical investigations and expert testimony in support of litigation.

Requirements: Master’s in hydrogeological, environmental, or geosciences.

Responsibilities: Assist in research, investigation, and remediation of contaminated groundwater and water resources development projects. Conduct hydrogeologic evaluations and assessments of surface water and groundwater resources. Manage operation and maintenance of soil and groundwater remediation systems. Install monitoring wells and aquifer tests. Interpret data. Also write reports on preparation.
