SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

MISSION Geoscience, Inc. of Irvine, CA is a small high-end consulting firm providing expertise in all areas of the environmental and geotechnical sciences. MISSION is frequently called upon to provide forensic geotechnical investigations and expert testimony in support of litigation.

Requirements: Bachelor of Science degree in either Geology or Civil Engineering; M.S. preferred. Registration as a CA PG or PE is required. 10+ years experience in industrial property remediation, water resources development, hydrogeology, geotechnical and/or environmental projects. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Power point; GIS is a plus. OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication a must.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate must be able to independently manage various diverse projects involved in the investigation and remediation of contaminated soil, groundwater and other media. The person we are looking for will have direct responsibility for school site development and/or remediation with full compliance with applicable regulations of CA DTSC and CDE and will be expected to generate $400K in booking revenue annually.
